We have been bringing out two Cats to TCAMC for nearly ten years. Received both a text message and a phone call to confirm my appointment. I confirmed the text, only to receive the redundant phone call. Later received another text ask to complete form prior to arriving for appointment. Completed the form only to be told at the appointment that it was the wrong form and that I needed to complete a new form. Was told that they were aware of the problem and that the Office Manager was working on it. I understand that the Pandemic has disrupted everything, but I can’t believe how disorganized TCAMC appeared to be. I arrived on time for my appointment. There did not appear to be as many people waiting as normal. No one (owners) was allowed inside, I understand. It took over 90 minutes for my appointment. My cats were each examined by the Doctor and received 3 vaccinations. I have never had to wait this long for a routine appointment. I don’t know who or what has changed, but the new systems and processes make what use to be a non-event, a frustrating half day affair. Hopefully thing will improve. More...
