Phenomenal Service, I highly recommend The Patatas bravas they are absolutely delicious, they have a tapa combo with ham croquettes, patatas & meatballs its the way to go, then if you like sweet & salty try the chorizo and date with goat cheese! it was good i had a little misunderstanding with the waitress I ask for a paella thought it was for one person portion but she gave us the big one it was okay but didn't have flavor at all I need to put salt on it I tried the lamb as appetizers was perfect and the empanadas.

First of all we had a reservation at 8:30pm we arrived at 8:15pm and went to check in and was told the party that was at the table we were going to be at is taking a lot longer. And we have to wait outside. Ok so we did. 8:30 rolls around went back in once again we were told they are still there. My problem was there was another party that came after us was seated in another section. And we were still left outside. So we waited and waited!! So by this time it’s almost 9:00 go back in still the same story. About 9:05-10 we finally get seated because one the girls went and asked anything for our party yet. The Manager said “oh they back “. I replied to her we never left we were we had to wait outside and someone will come get us. So we are at the table it took our Waitress about 20 minutes before she even came to our table. She took our drink order in food order. By this Time another party with sit next to us with the same amount of people as us. They got their drinks before us and And their food before us remind you that we were already there about 20 minutes before they were seated. Our waitress pretty much cater to the other table she dance with the other table we needed refills at our table we had to flag her down not only that when we got our food came out cold and dry (food was not the server fault). But not one time did she assess was everything OK how was the food nothing. Our entire table had food except one person. The waitress was nowhere to be found so we had to flag down another worker come to find out she was a manager we told her the situation she made an excuse for why she didn’t have food not oh I’m so sorry let me go check on it nothing. By this time the waitress shows up again with checks. Gratuity was added into it she did not deserve them out they put on our check so we decide to change it and asked to speak to a manager the manager argue with us saying because we got certain meals that they had to put a gratuity on there. Had an event scheduled that we were waiting to confirm cancellation due to COVID-19. They notified me they would still charge f&b even though we’d be canceling due to this disease. .. one day later and BEFORE they received confirmation AND 2 weeks before our event my card was charged the F&B.
