Highly recommend chef Josh! We had two meals prepared by chef Josh during our stay in Seacrest Beach. He and his wife Natasia were an excellent team from beginning to end. Our crew of 9, including two kids ages 9 and 6, said these were by far the two best meals of our trip! Josh and Natasia were accommodating of the needs of our group. He uniquely tailored the menu to suit my mom’s tastes, was extremely easy to work with and super responsive. We will never forget that evening - the food was incredible and everything was seamless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Everyone in our entire group of 7 (including an 11 year old and several teenagers) said this is the best meal we’ve ever had in our lives. We are considering vacationing in Santa Rosa again just so we can have a meal from Take It Personal Chef Service again. No one has stopped talking about it. This isn’t just a meal...it’s an experience! We got to watch TRUE professionals at work. The service was 10/10 as well. Maybe the most memorable thing we’ve done on any vacation ever. Chef Josh is inspired by whatever is fresh and of the highest quality and uses that inspiration to create a delicious dining experience.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to hand pick the freshest ingredients and the intimate setting that being a private chef offers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The ability to customize the guest experience and stay consistent without relying on multiple employees, such as in a restaurant setting, is one of the biggest perks of being a private chef along Florida's Emerald Coast.
