After a few worrisome experiences using friends to watch our two dogs (one of whom is elderly, special needs, and requires a strict medication routine) my new wife and I decided to use a professional service when we went on a 12 day trip for our wedding. Tails & Trails alleviated all the stress we normally feel when we leave our "children" at home. We received notifications every time the sitter entered or left our house and were emailed three times a day with updates, pictures of the dogs, GPS maps of where they went for walks, and even a general description and location of where they went to the bathroom. Our sitter, Josh, was always available through text or phone when we were really missing them and needed an extra update. During his almost 2 week stay at our house, Josh made friends with our neighbors and left an overall positive impression of himself and the business throughout our neighborhood. We even returned to a cleaner house than when we left and we are pretty sure he bathed and brushed the dogs before we got home. Truly amazing. Â Overall, Tails & Trails provided an amazing, professional service and reduced what could have been a huge stress during an already stressful few weeks. This is an efficient and professional operation. We started their dog walking service one week ago for our 80# puppy. We have two other 70# dogs who are a breeze to walk. But this puppy was challenging for my wife. So, we decided to give her a much needed respite and hire T&T for three days a week. She comes back worn out from their 45 min adventure. Tails and Trails did a great job of keeping our cat happy and healthy while we were out of town for two weeks. Our cat is prone to stress and urinary blockages when change occurs, so we were super worried leaving him. They were very considerate, and always kept us updated, following instructions to a tee. This walking service is definitely one of the best ones I've found so far. They send pictures as well as GPS location of where they walked. The handlers also provide a little recap of how their walk went at the end of it. They are great about accommodating the needs of the pet owners. My dog has always not been very interested in other humans and is a little suspicious by nature, our handler Chris was very patient with him and they were able to go on some nice long walks. More...

We.freaking.love.Tails & Trails!!! We are first-time dog owners and so overly anxious and protective of our now 4month old pup. Lexi came out to our apartment to do an assessment same day we contacted Tails and Trails. She took time to get to know our needs and put us at easy with her honesty and reliability. Set up was quick and easy and the system Tails and Trails uses makes scheduling and tracking walks a dream! I've been using T&T for about 3 years now and I absolutely love them! Â When I first got my fur baby i was taking him to work with me but when i was no longer able to do that i had to go to plan B, which made me incredibly anxious because i love my little one so much and don' t trust many people to watch after him. Â I will say that the whole team at T&T is incredible and has taken such amazing care of him! Â I love being able to read a little message each day about how he is doing, who he ran into out on his neighborhood walk and that he is comfortably resting at home snuggled up while i'm away at work. Â I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone. Â They even have an in-house grooming service for pups who are a little anxious in a grooming facility. I signed up for Tails & Trails about a month ago and I have to say, I was a bit nervous at first (as I am with anyone handling my pup), but was put at ease once I met Lexi. She is so beyond kind and you can tell that she genuinely cares about your dog and its' well being. Lexi and the people behind Tails & Trails make everything as easy as possible. Setting up appointments is a breeze, and I absolutely love seeing pictures of my pup on her walk while I'm at work. My walkers have been absolutely great so far and I always get super excited to see the notes they leave. Long story short, Tails & Trails is one of the best decisions I've made!
