I won a gift card about a month ago. Tyler got it in the mail. I had forgotten about it and it never came. I contacted Tyler a week or so ago telling him I just wanted to let him know that it never came and I didn’t want a replacement one. Not only did Tyler go out of his way and replace my gift card with his own money, but on a holiday weekend! Talk about great customer service! Tyler is great. I took my mother aunt and 2 grandmothers to Anya a few months back. He came to our car opened the doors for us, helped my granmothers walk to the building, took a group pic for us and escorted us inside while also giving recommendations.
