We’ve lived here about a year and a half. We really enjoy living here. Cheaper than living downtown and with nice modern interiors and lots of amenities, we even have a garage! Only ever really miss the walk-ability of living downtown, as there’s not much to walk to over here. Very nice being close to the freeway. Only strife we’ve had is having things broken in the common rooms: pool cues missing their tips, no chalk, made a rack for 9-ball pool that went missing. I have no complaints for the staff, everything is very pleasant. I feel like most of the issues I have with this place are the other really inconsiderate residents. We've lived here for almost 6 months. Almost everything about the place is nice - the grounds are well landscaped and maintained, the apartments interior is nice, it is open and everything seems quality. Maintenance responds timely and solves the few issues we've had. The location is bittersweet - it is a short drive from the restaurants and shopping of downtown, grocery stores in Bountiful and the airport. On my second year here. Staff has always been very reasonable and accommodating. They have a great ticketing system that allows repairs to be worked with very little trouble. The location is right off the freeway which is very convenient. One down side is the parking. Sometimes if you dont have a garage or covered parking spot it can be difficult finding a spot in the evenings. Also one other thing the common areas such as the pool, gym etcetera are always clean. I enjoy living so close to work. Maintenance and front office staff has always been kind and respectful. I am not a fan of fellow tenants not cleaning up after their pets and would love to see some speed bumps put in.

I’ll be honest, I was very hesitant when it came to the idea of Eaglewood Lofts being an option for us when our lease was up at our old place. I read all the negative reviews and never bothered with the good, as I assumed they were from staff and friends/family of staff. However, after my tour with Jake and after addressing my concerns that arised from negative reviews I felt more at ease when it came to signing our year long lease. The staff has been nothing but great with us. There were a few minor repairs in our apartment that got fixed right away by very polite and respectful onsite repairmen. In addition to the staff service being great, I haven’t felt the sense that I’m being taken advantage of or that I’ve been blind sided with added fees (as I have previously felt from other apartment complexes). My reason for only leaving 4 stars is mainly for the fact that I’ve only lived here for 3 months and I feel my opinion can only go so far. My experience started out a little rough with a lack of response from another representative but as soon as he took over it has been smooth ever since. The office staff is super friendly and care about all of the residents. They are always willing to go the extra mile for me. They are reasonably priced for being near Salt Lake City. They have 2 pools and 2 hot tubs, so there’s always somewhere to cool off on a hot summer day, or enjoy the water on a cold winter day. They are pet friendly and have a small dog park for me to take my dog. There is a pond that they restock with fish so I can go fishing on the weekends and never have to leave home. There are always pros and cons to apartment living and for me this place has a lot of perks. It is close to downtown, the apartments are nice, the pools are beautiful, the trash valet is very convenient and the office staff have been responsive when needed. There are some immature residents that have no respect for others and don’t clean up after themselves or their animals but unfotunately people like that are everywhere.I just renewed my lease, I love it here! I just have to share an amazing experience I had with Richard with the maintenance team. We moved in over the weekend and when we moved in we saw that the carpets were dirty. We called the office and maintenance was over in less than an hour to check them out. After realizing they weren't clean, he called the cleaners and they were there two hours later to clean them. Now they look amazing! We also had an accent wall in the living room that wasn't to our taste and they were out the very next day to paint it. I love our unit! The apartment itself is phenomenal. Our patio forms a huge pool of water that we cannot get rid of and the pool table in the clubhouse is in awful condition and should be replaced. We still recommend the community to our friends and have had three friends find apartments here. We're excited to see what the atmosphere is like in the summer. Hopefully the pool table is replaced soon and we can find a solution to the standing water on our patio. More...

I love my apartment! The maintenance staff has always responded quickly. Yes their is noise but as long as the stop by 10 I am ok. The rent does change each month when I moved in it was about 1700.00 now over 1800.00 and I don’t understand why. Also on the weekends you can’t get into the pool and hot tub. Someone is always having a major party and sometimes I have been told to go to the other side but, I would like to be by the fire pits. Also the prop open the doors so the don’t have to keep on opening it for there friends. This weekend they were partying and yelling all into the night. That being said I love it here. Even though we sometimes have people who think they can do what we’re they want. Security cameras would be a great addition to these apartments. Also the office staff is great. Excellent location! great view and easy access to 5 of North Salt Lake's major sources of pollution. This is even better than living next door to the Holly Refinery up north, because you get a WAY better view of the flames shooting off the refineries here.

I felt like i needed to leave a review for the great service and kindness shown by the staff on a Saturday which was a super busy day, Richard was helping me and he answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or like i was annoyance, i had visited 5 other properties this day and all of them were rude and i felt so belittled!
