What do you love most about your job?
I love the opportunity to use my background, experience, and strengths to simplify the relationship between a great business and the people that make it successful. Much of my work involves policies and strategy and I love sharing what I've learned to use those great tools to make a fantastic work environment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Bottom line, I get to do the type of work that I love...and that I'm good at! HR and leadership coaching has been in my bones for so long that I now have a chance to offer the very best of what I do and offer the parts that aren't my strong suit to others.
Why should our clients choose you?
Work matters to me and so do people and it shows. My background has been successful work with many types of organizations and I've had the training and experience to bring that full toolkit to your business. I've earned an MBA, I'm a Senior Certified HR Pro (SHRM-SCP) and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and I use these credentials and my years of experience to serve my clients.
