I recenly left my very beloved dog for a week and hired SWIFTO so that he could stay in his own surroundings in my apartment where I knew he would be happiest. For seven days, four times a day, I received a detailed update along with a photo of our Mason, and it allowed me to enjoy our vacation knowing he was well looked after. Although a few hiccups to be expected in any business, texts were answered promptly, professionally and action taken to ensure Mason was well taken care of. This was one of the best jobs I’ve had, I would still be working there if I didnt move out of the state. They are so accommodating and understanding when I had family emergencies to take care of and they are quick to respond for any concerns and questions you have. Swifto is a great place to work. You walk one dog at a time, and set your own schedule, making it easy to do either as a second part-time job or as a full time job. You have repeating walks as your regular schedule, and can pick up one-time walks in addition. I use swifto for weekly walks of my pup, Champ and I couldn’t speak more highly of the service. Champ loves his walker, Jesus, who takes him on long strolls along the East River just so Champ can chase the ducks. Jesus is always on time and is very professional. I had the great opportunity to work for Swifto Dog Walking in 2019. I will never forget the wonderful work experience that I had working for such a great company. They treat you with respect and work within your schedule so that you can have flexibility in your daily life. I loved walking so many wonderful and beautiful dogs (and cat sitting too). It didn't even feel like working, every day is a wonderful experience, you get to meet wonderful pet owners, you get to see so many new places, I was able to even learned more about Manhattan and Brooklyn's history and great places as a result of walking dogs. And you get to meet the most ADORABLE DOGS, for real. I love the part where I can send pictures and text messages to the owner as I walk their pets. Is a really very rewarding job and l loved every second of it. I will never forget how wonderful and fun it was. I moved to New Jersey but if Swifto ever comes to New Jersey you better believe it that I will re-apply to work for them again. I was a dog Walker at Swifto for about 4 years (longest job I’ve ever kept. 🙃😆). Swifto is a great company that cares about both it’s employees and it's clients and I enjoyed my time there! I loved the flexibility of the job, the ability to create my own schedule, the pay (they offer raises often 🙌🏽) and, of course, I loved the pups! I also enjoyed the opportunity to explore the city and familiarize my self with different areas (even better with a pup at my side 😄). I worked for Swifto back in 2017. I was a walker in the Brooklyn area. Most of the clients were good and a pleasure to work for. The company itself not so much. The pay you made for the amount of time you put in was not reasonable. Clients would complain to me about the prices, which I had no control over. When I moved out of Brooklyn to the Upper West Side, they refused to help me find new clients closer to where I lived, so I ended up traveling a total of 1.5 hours one way just to get to my walks in brooklyn, more if the trains were down. Swifto was the best dog walking company I worked for. They make sure they hire the right walkers and makes sure every walker has experience and training. so rest assure pet parents that you will be getting a great dog walker to walk your pup. They also provide meet and greets so I was able to meet pups before walking them which was not only great for us walkers but also great for the pet parents as well. I'm sure it provided some sense of security. I was able to walk the same fur babies which was great as well because you get to build a bond with the dog you walk with.
