How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by creating a customized approach to their fitness and nutrition. I spend time educating them on the best practices and help them implement new healthy habits into their routine so that fitness and health become part of their daily habit. I teach them how to stay consistent by holding them accountable for what they want to achieve and together we move forward towards their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency, correct training and proper nutrition. It's really easy once you have a plan and stick to it.
What do you love most about your job?
I love watching people transform into happier versions of themselves. I get a kick out of being part of that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own transformation. I was really overweight, depressed, unhealthy and not happy with my life. I used fitness as a means to transform myself and my life and now I help others do the same.
