What’s your signature dish?
Some of my signature dishes are Lasagna, finger food, and amazing bbq dishes. I am from the south of I can really give you southern flavor that will give your taste buds excitement.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I listen to what my customers want and plan from there. I am usually very easy to deal with mostly because I believe in giving my customers what they want and will go above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy with the outcome.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to provide flavorful food that will leave you thinking about the next time you will have one of my dishes again. I also love to make my customers happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I just feel that everyone has their own technique when it comes to cooking and how they pair flavors and I grew up in the kitchen. One of my dad goal was to open his own food business unfortunately he died a year ago so I picked up the torch and decided to give it a try. I love to cook, I love to interact with people and I love good food. So I know I wouldn't serve anything that I wouldn't eat.

I am a down to earth southern girl who will give you what your taste buds desire and more. I am professional and easy going. I like to give my best and will not settle for less. Why should you settle for someone who is just looking to make a quick buck. I am looking to build relationships with my customers for the long haul.
