All meats and Italian. I love to make creative pasta dishes
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Ask about preferences on dishes, things to avoid and offer sample menus to fit their type of ocassion/cuisine.
What do you love most about your job?
To spend time planning and creating a menu and cooking on a personal level for my clients as opposed to a rushed restaurant meal on a busy night.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I learned a lot from every place and restaurant I lived and worked both in the kitchen as well as serving and learning all sides of the industry. It was time to make my own path once I moved back to NJ and I brought my skills with me!
Why should our clients choose you?
So that they know they can relax and rest easy knowing I have everything under control and not to worry about clean up or mess. I put a lot of love, attention, passion and myself into each experience so that my guest can also go to sleep knowing they made the right choice ?
