What do you love most about your job?
Hi there! I'm Suzi - most of my friends call me Suzi-Q. This is where my business name originated. I wanted a "unique" name so, although, it is spelt like Suzi-Q - it's actually pronounced ("Sooz-eek" like "unique").
I founded Suzique Events in August of 2013 - a year after graduating from Johnson & Wales University (Providence, RI) in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Sports, Entertainment & Event Management. After growing up in a family where we celebrated each birthday, holiday and special occasion. - I fell in love with planning an event. What I really enjoy about planning an event is the small intimate details that go into making that occasion unforgettable. I'm known to think outside of the box and a determined attitude to get my clients exactly what they want for their day.
With over fifteen years of experience with the event industry, I have truly met some incredible vendors and friends along the way,
My favorite part of what I do is to ensure I can give every client what they have envisioned for their day within their budget.
Things I do in my spare time is cooking/baking, camping and/or taking a nice long walk with my cute assistant Rylie (pictures right).
