Sutherland Psychotherapy Associates

I utilized the services of Sutherland Psychotherapy Associates because I was suffering with depression and hopelessness. Lisa Bryan was my counselor. She had a wonderful way of helping me change my perspective about myself, my life and the world I live in. She helped me stop playing the victim role and take my life back from people and things that were determined to bring me down. I feel like my eyes are open wide to new possibilities that I could not see before. I have my life back and I feel wonderful.
