Our style is determined by your desires of how you would like your event to go. For weddings, we can do elegant structured weddings or do more fun weddings, which still include all of the regular formalities like first dance, parents dance, etc. Many brides tell us that a year after the wedding their guest didn't remember what they ate or what the centerpieces or flowers looked like, but they all clearly remember all of the fun that they had!

For parties or other events, we are unique in that we do things that NO OTHER DJs do. Other DJs will play music but we add fun interactive things that gets everyone involved. Wanna see? We love bringing smiles to your guests faces and creating FUN! We recently did a wedding and we delighted to see 6 prior brides, whose weddings that we had previously done, were in attendance at this wedding. They all were so pleased with our services at their weddings that they passed our name around to all of their circle of friends! We had attended many weddings and parties in the past. We were bored at most parties. The DJ just sat there and played music.

We often felt sorry for brides because the DJ did not have good MC skills to effectively run the wedding reception. The DJ also tended to play the music that THEY liked and NOT the music that the bride or crowd liked.

We also were bored at most parties, because then again, the DJ just sat there and played music. Sometimes a lot of the crowd was not all that much into dancing and just sat there. We knew we could do better so Don and Rick,who are cousins, started Superstar DJ. We realized that most of these parties are for milestone events such as birthdays, anniversaries or graduations. We were passionate to make a difference and to fill each party and event with fun and memories!

What if your DJ gets sick at the last minute? Is there a back up? We have you covered! Although we usually provide 2 DJs, if one of us gets sick, the other one is fully capable of doing your event by themselves and still creating the FUN that SUPERSTAR DJ is famous for. The scenario of you getting a call at the last minute from your DJ that they are sick and cannot do your event is a real possibility. In fact, last year one of us got COVID a day before 3 events on a weekend. The other, who did not have Covid was able to successfully do all 3 events with raving reviews by the customer!

We service Maryland, Delaware, Southern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

If required to do so, we can wear masks. We use sanitizers on our hands throughout the evening.
