Went on a fairly subdued Friday the 13th. Windows were wide open and there were heat lamps which made us feel safer re:coronavirus. Had the sweetest and most attentive waiter ever (think his name was Chris). He recommended the bison burger which 3 out of the 4 of us got and it was fantastic. Nice beer menu. Tried this place for the first time today. Walked in, was met by a friendly host, and we were seated right away. I know the restaurant information states that they kept the decor to a minimum to let the food speak for itself; however, when looking at the name vs. the decor, I have no idea what the personality of the restaurant is or wants to be. It is very bare. We were there with 3 adults and two kids, so we thought ordering the pretzel monkey bread would be the best choice for a starter, but they said they were not serving it yet. They also did get two of our drinks wrong (made incorrectly from the bar). The menu has a good selection for kids. I thought the one page menu was okay, nothing that jumped off the page to either specifically draw me back to the place or anything that sounded like it was truly amazing. I ended up ordering the Cobb salad and adding chicken to it, which was tasty, but probably on the smaller side for an entree salad. Overall, food was good, staff was polite/friendly and I would definitely give it another chance. I think they need to own more of an identity so you're walking into a welcoming place and not just blank walls and a fireplace. Just my thoughts. More...

We went last night food and drink choices were great definitely things we want to go back to try. Erin our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Shrimp burger was get again good as was the candied bacon appetizer. They let me sub green beans for the fries and they were over the top great. We went yesterday afternoon as a group of 7. We tried what seemed like every appetizer and all of them were delicious. Only thing we would change is to have the crab dip by itself. We wanted more. The Steak Frite that I ordered is going to be my go to. My wife's crab cake sandwich could have been cooked a little longer to make it crispier but it was still good. Everyone seemed happy with everything. Beer selection was great. Maybe offer a glass when you get a bottled or can of beer. Laniegh our server was great with her recommendations.
