Very spacious and nice. Just went to baby shower there and it was a great sized space. One downside was one of the toilets overflowed but they rectified and rerouted to other restroom.

I didnt personally rent this hall out but it seems to be the perfect location to an average sized event. One that's not too big but not really small either. The workers are pleasant and and provide great customer service. Their set ups are very nice and elegant. It being black owned is another positive aspect. More...

We had an awesome time at the SugahPlum event center for my aunts retirement celebration. The decor was beautiful and their house DJ was very much engaged with the crowd. We danced all night.As a whole, the venue was very clean and the staff was pleasant. My friends and I spent most of our time with the bartender where we were able to try a number of signature drinks .At the end of the night, the staff helped us pack up our things that were left over and the tall gentleman server even helped my aunt take the things to the car. I had an appreciation event for my clients on July 3rd. I was so impressed with the details from beginning to end. I asked for fresh flowers as center pieces. Let me just say, the decor was amazing!!! Khaleema, the owner/manager, truly out did herself. Her staff (bartender and servers especially) were very professional and on point. The food was delicious and everything was done with the utmost professionalism. I love the decor in the bathroom. The personal touch is very unique and embracing. I rented this facility Sunday, June 30, 2019 for my daughter's gender reveal celebration. The event facility is BEAUTIFUL, clean, and well designed. From beginning to end, our experience was amazing. I cannot express how professional the staff was and how the owner Khaleema really made this day go very smoothly. She was professional, patient and courteous to my family. Late post, but i am just recovering, having 2 events back to back is hard work! I hosted a dinner party and a conference with my company over a week ago at this event space. With the events being only 14 hours apart, i wasn’t sure how they were going to pull it off as we had two truckloads of equipment to switch out within that time and the decor and schematic of the space had to be changed as well. The dinner turned out beautiful! The food was delicious, and the servers were kind and very efficient. The event space planner Khaleema even managed to arrange transportation for over 100 guest to travel to and from our hotels for both events. I was fairly concerned about the transformation that needed to happened essentially overnight for us to begin our conference by 9 am the next morning, however, Khaleema assured us that it would be taken care of. We returned promptly by 7:25 am and not only had the venue been morphed into our conference space, she also provided my staff with breakfast and coffee, free of charge! I was totally amazed with this little lady. The space was amazing, and was very versatile. In my business, you always expect bumps in the road and things to go not always as planned. Not this time! I would recommend Sugah Plum event center 1,000 times over for any event where elegance, class, and a good time meets! I am not at all planner and I don’t have a decorative bone in my body. Thanks to Mrs.K and her staff, I didn’t have to. I simply gave her an idea and a color scheme for my co workers bday party and we walked into a beautiful venue. I had my wedding and reception here almost 2yrs ago and the place was very nice and clean!!! The staff was very friendly and the wedding planner Khaleema was very helpful! !!!
