Meat:
Grilled pork chop - grilled radicchio, peaches, nduja vinaigrette
Vegan:
Smoked Cauliflower - white bean purée, salsa macha, quick pickled cucumbers
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It’s all about the client’s wishes. We discuss what they like, don’t like, and any dietary restrictions. I ask whether they want something more classic or if they want to try new things, and what some of their favorite restaurants and dishes are so that I can get a better picture of their tastes. After designing an initial menu I present it to the client for any changes they may want to see.
What do you love most about your job?
I love watching people come together over a good meal. Food is universal, and there is nothing more gratifying than watching people enjoy a meal you’ve prepared.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to express my creativity and my own hospitality more directly with people, outside of a restaurant setting.
