I am sooo... happy that I have started this healthy lifestyle journey at Studios Z Fitness with Kathryn. I am a 27year old single parent of a 6 year old. A few months ago I had a hypertension scare( high blood pressure). I told myself that I refuse to be on blood pressure medication at 27. I had to make a change for myself and set an example for my daughter. Kathryn has taught me that losing weight does not mean you have to starve yourself. And weight loss is not just about the number on the scale. I am Only 4weeks in and I have lost weight, gained muscle and most importantly lost body fat. And guess what... I eat a lot!!! I am absolutely addicted to Zumba and this gym. This is my first time doing Zumba and having Nancy as a teacher it’s the best! She is patient, loving and fun! It’s an amazing workout!! I have been a member now for almost a year. The classes are fantastic with great and helpful instructors. I also do the extra small group training with weights and bootcamp.
