My daughter loves taking private ballet lessons from Ms. Christine Spizzo. My 16 year old son has taken pilates from Amy, and really wishes his schedule allowed him to come regularly. Mark is an INCREDIBLE yoga instructor at this studio! My husband and I both travel multiple times a week from Greensboro to attend yoga with Mark. This studio also offers all kinds of classes, some of which are very interesting/unique, such as aerial yoga. Definitely a must try!! More...

My wife and I love Studio Eleve. The staff are incredible resources to the triad. Everyone is so welcoming and the atmosphere is unbeatable. You can tell the owners spent much time preparing a place for healing and restoration for the body and mind. I really love "The Factory" shopping area its tucked away in and being able shop a little before or after yoga to stay in my Zen is quite nice. Ambiance, Atmosphere, All welcoming.
