The secret is consistency, patience and the motivation to keep going. Some times others needs to be your motivation
What do you love most about your job?
Working in the physical fitness field. My favorited hobby other than staying in shape is gymnastics so I practice my version of it and get a chance to teach it to others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Doing something I love instead of a job I am unhappy going in for. Starting a business has been a risk and hoping to say open by doing what i like and helping others stay in good health.

Help with improving general flexibility. Use methods like static stretching, pnf, isometrics and loaded stretching to achieve splits and other difficult positions
