About Strive to be Fit LLC
I have been adapting fitness into my life for a number of years. When I arrived in Austin, TX 10 years ago from Florida, I began to realize how much I really wanted to make fitness part of my whole life. That is when I decided to go to school for it. I became certified and started working in a corporate gym for about a year. During this time I was a personal trainer and fitness manager. I decided that corporate gyms were not for me and Strive to be Fit was born. Strive to be Fit was started in January of 2011 to change how this industry has moved to that get as many people in and out the door as fast as possible, right after they puked their brains out. We are all about being personal and creating a balance of overall fitness with an understanding of the realities of, this is a lifestyle change and not a quick fix to look like you are in shape.

What differentiates us?
I am here for you. There are no secrets with Strive, I want you to succeed with your health, and I will increasingly strive to make sure you have all the tools needed to reach your goals. I want you to feel comfortable with your lifestyle change, no matter what it takes to change it.

How we were trained?
I have the following certifications: PFTA- CPT and Nutrition certified, NCSF- CPT, American Heart Association- CPR/AED certified, ACE Cardio Pump Kettle Bell certified

Why we love what we do?
I love helping others to achieve what makes them happy. I love seeing people's faces when they notice they achieved a goal. I want to help change our world of increasing obesity to a world that is healthy physically and mentally.
