CrossFit Lodi is the box I stopped at after driving from MD to CA. I had lower back pain from the drive and I was almost hunching when I came in for open gym. I had 2 coaches approach me and immediately took me aside to follow a series of stretches. WITHIN MINUTES, my back pain was completely gone. I practiced these stretches on the way back and arrived back home forever having this knowledge under my belt. This is the level of amazingness that this box provides. The coaches, the community fully embraced me and almost convinced me to move over there during that visit. I say this with the upmost honesty, the next time I move, I will be moving to Lodi because of this box. Truly an amazing box. This box reminds me why I began CrossFit and I hope it does the same for any who come by. More...

As one of the few Crossfits that actually send athletes to the regionals and the games the atmosphere is awesome. One giant family.

News Years resolutions often end in failure. So much so that we do often dismiss the effort of others to make a positive change understanding that there must be a greater force motivating the change than a simple holiday tradition. Yes it is good to be positive & have goals but please lets not take it overboard...right...right Well...in January 2015 I, like the rest of the New Years resolution masses was sick & tired of feeling sick & tired. Seeking change I showed up to a 6:00 class. Jaime, the owner, just happened to be coaching said class & made me feel welcome. Absolutely everything was new. Despite zero exposure to any athletic training or warmup drills in the last 20 years, I felt welcome & at home. Like P.E. for grown ups. This is a plan you can stick to. It has & continues to be a learning experience. I will say that I have appreciated the attention that comes with having a trainer leading the class. You will not be left to fend for yourself. There will be a coach that cares about your health & well being leading, instructing, & most of all encouraging. Kudos to the Crossfit Lodi Team for a job that while never completed is a job well done. More...

My husband and I joined about 3 weeks. We have done Crossfit before and were anxious to get back into it after moving. After carefully reading all of the reviews of the Crossfits in Lodi and visiting Crossfit Lodi we decided that this would be the best fit for us. The class schedule was convenient and had plenty of times we could come without changing up our schedule. The pricing was right and I like that they have options for different membership types so everyone can find one that fits their budget and schedule. (Yes, it is more than your typical gym membership but it will kick your butt in gear in a short period of time and you're basically getting personal training at every workout which makes Crossfit a steal! ) They ask that you do 4 fundamental classes if you have never done Crossfit before which I think is great, you get one on one attention to teach you the basic lifts to make sure you don't injure yourself. We did 2 fundamental classes just to brush up on the lifts. Our first session was with Rose and she was such a sweetheart. Our second session was with the owner, Jamie, who is awesome was well. I felt confident being in both of their hands. Everyone at the gym (owner, coaches and members) are all so nice and very welcoming. There are members of every shape and color so if you're hesitant to give Crossfit a try because you're intimidated, don't be, everyone is welcoming. I love that this is a small gym so there aren't people fighting over equipment, its not too crowded and you continue to get one on one attention throughout your workouts. I love the atmosphere and whether you're the first to finish or the last everyone encourages you and cheers you on. You don't feel like you're competing with others at Crossfit, the focus is on competing with yourself and setting your own personal records. I have found that since I began doing Crossfit I am much more positive with myself, the little voice in my head no longer says "You cant keep going" to "You can do this, keep going!" I look forward to my future workouts at Crossfit Lodi. More...

The facility and equipment is everything a person could want. The gym is kept up and clean whenever I've been in. Plenty of space for workouts and social time. Everyone from the fellow CrossFit clientele, the staff, and the owner (she's absolutely wonderful) are all very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend it for sure to anyone interested. More...

Wow!!!  Cross Fit is the hardest work out ever.  Sara McRoberts is the best trainer I have ever had.  When I first started about a year ago I was so scarred because it was like no work out I had ever done before.  Sara is the most kindest, coolest, bomb trainer I have ever worked out with.  No doubt..it is hard, but worth it.  She is such an asset to Cross Fit Lodi and I am so lucky to be able to get in shape and feel great after my work out..  Trying to get my friends to join!!! I have been a part of the Lodi crossfit family for over a year now. I felt like I was in good shape prior to joining, but I am amazed with how far I've come since working out here. The workouts are challenging and constantly changing, which keeps things exciting and interesting. The staff are great. Sarah and Steve are excellent trainers, they somehow seem to remember every one's names, and are very good about teaching proper form, as well as spending time with helping members develop their skills in weight lifting. The overall atmosphere of staff and members is friendly and open, making it, in my opinion, easy for new members to join and enjoy the crossfit experience. They also offer a program for kids.Would definitely recommend coming and at least giving it a try! The trainers at CrossFit Lodi have changed my life. They have helped steer me in the right direction when it comes to health and fitness. Not only that but they have helped me see past my own personal mental barriers to do things I never thought possible. I feel great and am on my way to looking great! Not only are the trainers and owners stellar, but the members are as well! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging regardless of your fitness level. To say I love the place would be an understatement. More...
