How long have you been in business?
We have been in the industry for over 20 years, combined. We have lived in the community for over 35 years and have watched it grow exponentially. That is one thing we love---the people!
What guarantee does your work come with?
We guarantee our labor for one year. Many of our quartz products come with their own warranty, but the natural can't be warrantied---it's natural, God made it.
What do you love most about your job?
There are SO many parts of this business we love. Our main one would be helping customers choose a stone that is the BEST fit for them. Not only their budget, but lifestyle, design style and how they live in their space.
We also truly enjoy seeing how the beauty of natural stone changes the look in a room. Something as simple as updating a vanity or fireplace can give a room a 180 degree change.
The BEST part of our jobs----customer's satisfaction. Because if you don't have that, you have nothing. We love referrals and hope you share the joy of the process with us as much as we do with you.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My husband had been in the business about 18 months before I started. Seeing the excitement from satisfied customers made me get interested. Then I realized stone tops were becoming the new 'standard' in countertops.
The importance of countertops in a design project is huge!! And for me, I get to help with that integral part.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose us for many reasons.
The first is they will be WELL taken care of from the onset. We are knowledgeable about the different stones available and enjoy helping make recommendations for customers getting the 'best bang for their buck'!
Secondly, we take pride in our work. We understand and respect that this is most often not a necessity, but a want. Customers can choose to spend their money as they see fit, but we like to encourage them that WE are THAT fit!!
Lastly, we like the relationship building that comes from working with customers. So many times this process can be overwhelming and by asking the right questions, we help the customer narrow down their selections without compromising the quality in any way.
