How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We consult with the client to create a menu that will achieve the desired flavors to please your guests within the budget you desire.
What do you love most about your job?
Fulfilling the needs of the host and their guests. To create menus that deliver complete satisfaction to your guests.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been working with food since I was in college. In 1994 I was approached to do a Valentine's Dinner for over 100 guests. I have been catering ever since. The difference between then & now is that we offer different cuisines with specialty chefs to achieve guest satisfaction.
