Steve is THE BEST! My husband and I both enjoyed working with him. He's professional and kept us all on time, yet is he fun and easy going. Our bridal party had a blast with him. We got married in a church in Mammoth Lakes so we had photos taken both inside and outside. We were so blessed that Steve knew all the best places for photos especially when the weather was challenging. Our wedding day ended up being one of the windiest days of year, but Steve was able to take us to parts of woods where the weather did not effect us at all. He even got some amazing photos of our dog! Our package included videography, a very well-done high-quality photo album, and an engagement session was included. Our photoshoot experience with Steve was awesome! Contact and set up was quick, friendly, and well communicated. Thanks, Leah! We LOVED working with Steve for our engagement pictures and wedding! Neither my husband nor I are the photo shoot type, but we instantly felt comfortable working with Steve at our engagement shoot. He quickly picked up on our playful personalities and went along with our flow. While he was very professional and always working hard to get the best shots, he also joked around with us and made the whole experience really fun. It felt like we were just hanging out with one of our friends, which was perfect because it helped to make us look much more natural in our pictures. Fast forward to the wedding day, Steve and family were perfect. I'm so happy that we had them on our team. Our parents and several people in our wedding party went out of their way to compliment us on what an amazing photographer we had. He is such a nice guy and SO easy to work with; everyone really enjoyed having him around. He also did such a good job at calming my nerves when the weather took a turn for the worst only a few hours before the wedding. Despite the thunder and lightening, assured me that things would be okay and he would help to make sure everything worked out (regardless of whether or not he actually believed that, ha!). Which leads me to one of my favorite things about Steve... although he was our photographer and videographer, he didn't hesitate to step in and help with other small things if needed. As he was leaving for the night he noticed that I was looking for the venue coordinator, and he immediately asked what I needed and he dealt with it for me. On your wedding day even those small things help out a ton :)Needless to say that our pictures and video were amazing. He sent us the link less than 2 weeks later!!! It was such a nice thing to browse through while on our honeymoon!Lastly, I can't forget Leah! I really don't understand how she does it... no matter the time of day, her responses are incredibly fast and always very helpful. Things can get really stressful throughout the wedding planning process, and it was such a breath of fresh air to know that I could get quick answers to questions as they came up. Thank you!!! We couldn't have picked a better photographer to work with. Steve, Leah, and their whole team were wonderful. Despite the wedding day weather being less than ideal, Steve was still able to capture the light and got some fantastic shots throughout the day. My favorite part of working with him is his attitude. Theres something wonderfully optimistic and caring about Steve and his team. I'm generally very camera shy but his presence was not jarring at all, instead he just kind of felt like a fun uncle and the picture taking felt incredibly natural and not forced at all. As a result my husband and I got some great photos and a wonderful video to remember our big day.All inquiries and emails were promptly responded with full details. Leah was a dream to correspond with :) 100% recommended for anyone considering wedding photographers in the mammoth area and beyond!! More...
