Sterling Services catered our backyard rehearsal dinner and it was truly one of the most beautiful presentations I’ve ever seen. The freshness of the ingredients used to prepare every hors d’oeuvre, appetizer, entrée and dessert were apparent with every bite! It was beyond delicious and all of our guests raved about how much they LOVED everything they tried that evening. Sterling also did a wonderful job arranging each plate in a very attractive fashion, all while keeping fresh, hot food in the rotation, never skipping a beat. We customize our menus to our customer's needs! There is not a set menu for you to choose from. This is your event, so we will create whatever you would like!
