What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
I believe the secret to taking a great photograph lies not only with the photographer's ability to understand lighting, framing, and capturing a beautiful moment, but also being personable and able to communicate with their subject. Making the client feel comfortable and ensuring they get needed feedback, yields to capturing an authentic and beautiful photograph!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Some questions that I may ask a client is what are their expectations, their style, and their vision for the shoot. Ideally, I would like to get a clear image as to what the client hopes to get from their session. Also, if the client has an insecurity or a "good side", I would like to know those details as well.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to capture authentic moments of love, joy, and laughter. I strive to take photos that come across are true and real depictions of who my clients are and their love for one another. The best feeling is when a client tells me that I made them feel so comfortable, they enjoyed the process, and that they LOVE their photos and that they are so grateful they have these precious photos to treasure. It reassures me that I am delivering a service people truly value, and that my work is appreciated.

If a client should choose me as their photographer, they not only will receive beautiful images, but they will have a friend behind the camera, who is approachable, friendly, understanding, flexible, honest, non-judgmental, and will go above and beyond to ensure that they are happy and satisfied with the whole process.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I shoot primarily outside, which allows for social distancing. I am also fully vaccinated, and am willing to wear a mask, should the client desire me to do so.
Portrait Photography
In a portrait session, I will take purposeful and posed portraits, along with candid and more lifestyle themed photos. These photos will include an array of angles, close ups and faraway, ensuring you get diversity in your images. Portrait sessions can be comprised of families, couples, children, or headshots. You can choose from the different collections, which offer session times according to your needs.
