What do you love most about your job?
I have a passion for listening and partnering with my clients to ensure they reach their specific goals. I enjoy watching my clients grow and make steps/changes necessary to sustain success. I believe that all people have the ability to reach their goals/dreams and am dedicated to helping them do just that!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My work as a principal in both elementary and secondary prepared me to begin my coaching journey back in 2019. Since that time, I have completed all course work through Results Coaching Global and will be fully International Coaching Federation (ICF) by February, 2024. I've seen incredible changes in both educators, business leaders, and anyone looking for general or life coaching services.
Why should our clients choose you?
My life has been formed by utilizing small steps to achieve success. In education, I led three amazing elementary and secondary schools that grew to be among the best in Austin, Texas. I understand how struggle/suffering can lead to achieve goals by completing my undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. along with completing ultra distance races (50 miles and currently training for 100) and a full Ironman Triathlon. Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, of course. I typically utilize Google Meet or Zoom with my clients for at least an hour each session. This allows for more flexibility for my clients and to come as they are.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Should I have an in-person client, I would make reasonable accommodations to ensure safety from Covid-19 like wearing a mask, distancing, etc.
