My four year old son attends the Muay Thai classes and he really enjoys it! The instructors are very attentive. He's learning self discipline, how to protect himself, and he's having a great time! This is a wonderful program for children. My 16 year old son also attends, but he's boxing. This class gives him an activity that he enjoys and structure which is important to me.
