I knew she was in this with all her heart because when I answered the door as she arrived at my home for our walk-thru meeting she gave full attention to our dogs greeting them enthusiastically! She is dedicated to safety of the pets in her care. She also cared about our home and our preferences about the little things like water our plants, where the dogs are allowed in the yard, etc. Melinda’s attention to detail is impressive. This was the first time we have had a pet sitter come and stay at our home and it was amazing. Melinda was very professional with my husband and myself but more importantly she was outstanding with our 17 week old Border Collie puppy. He totally fell head over heals with her and she gave him all the love and attention while we were gone. Many walks and play time. We have already hired Melinda again for a two week stay and feel 100% comfortable about leaving our puppy in her care. Melinda is a very caring and professional. Melinda is very thorough and wonderful with Chloe & Remy. I know Chloe & Remy are in the best care when Melinda is with them. Since she was a Vet Tech she easily manages their meds since they are older now. Chloe & Remy love when Melinda comes to take of them...such peace of mind. More...

I have hired several pet sitters over the years. Melinda came for a complimentary meet-and-greet appointment. She asked very thorough questions about my 2 cats and my home. She stayed for about an hour and she took very detailed notes the entire time. Since Melinda is a former vet tech, I felt very confident that she would be able to handle anything that came up, especially my one cat who is on meds. This past weekend, we had Melinda check in on our 2 cats daily while we were away. She texted me when she arrived at the house. She was able to follow my very specific and detailed feeding instructions. She sent me photos of my animals and told me what they were up to. She remembered to take out my trash barrels and bring in the mail and any deliveries. She even asked me to text her when we arrived home so that she would know the cats were okay. I would definitely recommend Melinda and we will be using her for future check-ins and overnights when we travel.
