I started bringing my dog, now my two dogs, here last year. I cannot express my gratitude to the staff with words. They take care of my pups like they are family. This is the kind of place that knows their name and everything about your dog as if they were theirs. I had a bad experience prior to bringing them here and Starwood has without a doubt exceeded any expectations I had for a daycare/boarding place for my dogs. I leave them here almost monthly and they get super excited when I say “daycare”. They even took pictures of them and posted them on the page when I went on vacation. More...

Starwood Resort is the only place for our 7th family member to stay while we're on vacation! They took care of our dog and it was our first time there when we went to go pick her up she was real excited and looked to be in great condition and no weirdness to her.

They took excellent care of my dog who is not friendly with people. They took them in a year ago when my camper burned down and I had nowhere for them to go. They were excellent. We had to take a trip away from home and our Huskies needed Doggie Boarding for 5 days. Pricing was reasonable, one of our dogs needed to be medicated and they did that for us, they were bathed, groomed and happy. Their bedding was also washed. We highly recommend this facility. Love this place! Have used this kennel several times and they are always very friendly and great with my dogs. I went out of the country for 2 weeks and left both my dogs, one of them was 11mons. and never been boarded before this, the people at Starwood took very good care of him and e-mailed me some pics. All in all they helped ease my anxiety and made this trip even better knowing the boys were safe and happy! More...
