What’s your signature dish?
I honestly don't have one. I just love to cook and try various cuisines. That tend to be a tough question for me.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to find out some things that the client likes and dislikes. Then build off of that.
What do you love most about your job?
That it gives me the opportunity to tap into all the things I learned over the 13yrs of being a chef.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom to express myself through my craft and the love of bringing people together.

I'm reliable, take alot of pride in my work, my #1 goal is to make sure the client is 100% satisfied and easy to work.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I'm vaccinated and will work with a mask if requested.
