I have been associated with Starved Rock Kennel Club for the better part of 20 years. My first experience was with Mrs. Thelma Ham as an instructor and then with Mrs. Sheila Lietz. This is a top notch training class that helps you with your canine companion. We have been attending classes most recently with my two boxers, Jax & Jade. Both have been attending since they were 8 weeks old. We have learned so much through the years.....puppy socialization, do's & don't 's as new puppy owners, obedience, nutrition, advanced obedience, and more importantly friendships with other pet owners. It is a small community of people with a vast knowledge base. Hands down or in this case "Four Paw Approval" to this Kennel Club for helping out a community of pet owners. More...

We have been bringing all our dogs over the past 15 years + to SRKC training for their whole lives, first as training & then as exercise, reinforcement of skills & socialization. We just got a new puppy & he is working his way through the training now too! Great program & lots of support! All our dogs over the years have always loved it! More...
