Went for an anniversary dessert and drink. We'd be wanting to try this place for a long time, and now wish we had come in much sooner. We came in for our anniversary, and it was fabulous! The waitress was very sweet and helpful in recommending her favorite desserts. We chose the tuxedo creme brulee and an ale float- yes, icecream in beer - and then the lemon blueberry cheesecake, and it was all amazing (eat the creme brulee with the ale float, then have a glass of water and move on to the cheesecake, don't try to jump right into the more tart fruit flavors, lol) I can not adequately tell you how good it was, but we both considered licking our plates... extensively. Celebrated my 75th w/ my girls & kiddos.. Did mixed berry pie covered in fresh BlackBerry sauce w/ dallop of vanilla bean ice cream & fresh whipped cream drizzles of berry & chocolate sauce danced around the plate. Very Delicious!! 1 daughter had the apple strudel pie w/ same ice cream caramel drizzle danced around plate w/thin slices granny smith apple as garnish. My husband and I were looking for a late night place to go to to visit and relax. It had been one of those hectic weeks where we hardly saw each other. Being new to Loveland, we are grateful to discover the Starlight Dessert Bar. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Kind of reminds me of the old Tattered Covered Bookstore in Cherry Creek. It was about 9:30pm on a Saturday night. The place was comfortably busy. The pretzel in beer cheese sauce was soft and fresh. Husband enjoyed his cherry pie. The chocolate flourless tarte with raspberry sorbet and sauce was to die for! I had never been to a dessert bar before, until I found Starlight. I have been here a few times now and I always find that it is very relaxing, as there is lots of comfortable seating and tasteful decorations. The owner is a wonderful person and she has always greeted me with a smile. I really enjoyed the empanadas and the Snickertini, which tasted just like a snickerdoodle! This is a gem in our town. An evening dessert bar, with wine and mixed drinks as well. The desserts are pricey, but that's expected for a local shop with quality ingredients and creations.

Absolutely amazing!! Great dessert cocktails, the menu sounded so good I wanted to eat it! We had the salted caramel brownie cocktail with the wasabi crab cucumber appetizer and then the chocolate Panna Catta with salted caramel mousse and the brandied bread & butter pudding with cinnamon whipped cream!
