After an initial consultation to learn about your fitness goals and any current injuries, I will design a custom program just for you while being mindful of your objectives, space, equipment, and lifestyle.

Our live sessions will work towards your goals while staying fresh and different each time!

Virtual training is available in 30, 45 or 60-minute sessions, and in-person (Nashville, TN) training is available in 60-minute sessions.

Grab a friend or partner for a fun and motivating workout! Whether you are in the same household or Zooming in from across the country, you will both get a safe and effective workout as a team.

We will discuss each of your goals and I will use that information to put together a thoughtful--and fun-- workout plan.

Virtual training is available in 45 or 60-minute sessions, and in-person (Nashville, TN) training is available in 60-minute sessions.

For anyone looking to continue with a strategic workout plan outside of our training sessions, I will design a custom program that will help you stay on track and work towards your goals.

These workouts can be designed to be completed from home or a gym depending on what is available to you, and we will communicate during the week to keep you accountable.

Alternatively, you can select the more cost-effective option of having your programs designed withOUT a personal training component. You will be required to have one training session only so I can give you an assessment and build an appropriate program.
