How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The perfect catering menu starts with fully understanding the event & client needs. Then, we want to spend as much time with our clients to select the best menu that fits the event theme or reason. We aim to create a menu with our clients that provide a unique experience for their guests.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to run a business with my family, there truly is nothing better!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started this business with my Wife as a way to pay homage to my late Godmother Stacey. Every family always has that one family member that the dinner table just lights up when they are around. Stacey was a food lover to the core and some of the most memorable flavors we work with today were introduced by my Godmother. To be able to continue her legacy through our food is a blessing in itself.

We understand food on a different level than other chefs in Los Angeles. As a result, clients can look forward to a creative scratch dining experience for their guests. We believe quality ingredients make the best food. Our versatility as Chefs allows our kitchen to create unique menus that are loaded with flavor.

Virtual Dining
With Covid still raging, we at Stacey's wanted to provide an experience for all to share. Our clients pick a recipe they want to cook along with our chef virtually through ZOOM and can invite as many guests as they like to the video call! We have a lot of fun and laughs during these Virtual meals and it is great to see your friends and family share an experience during these troubling times.
