Well life happens and sometimes one needs to leave to take care of family. Spotwalk has come to my rescue. I toyed with the idea of taking my sweet fur baby with me can Isis country when I had to go care for my mom for a couple weeks. The logistics of taking a cat that far was weighing heavy in my mind. My fur baby loves me and her home, but I'm sure being able to keep her in her own environment was the best option. Spotwalk is such a great service. They gave daily updates on when they would visit with her. Included in update was letting me know how well she had been eating drinking, and cleaning of her litter box. They also sent pic updates and mentioned what toys they played with her with. My heart and mind are at peace that she was happy and well looked after so that I could give undivided attention to my mother while I was caring for her. More...

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pup!  I had some bad experiences with another walking company- I wish I had used spotwalk from the beginning!  I've never had any issues since I switched to Spotwalk over 6 months ago.  The walkers come on time and seem to love what they do and the dogs they take care of.  They are reliable, considerate in my home, and follow any instructions I leave.  They send an email after every walk with pictures and a map pic of where they went on the walk.  I highly recommend this company. Spotwalk has been fantastic to work with. The walkers are extremely friendly, attentive to your pets needs, and easy to communicate with about last-minute scheduling changes or requests. At about noon time Penny starts getting excited looking for her very best friend from Spotwalk.  While Penny typically meets up with her assigned buddy, we have had several Spotwalk buddies and each one of them have been terrific!  They all give Penny tons of positive reinforcement, clearly give her tons of love and always follow through on taking excellent care of her.   I have asked that they really "tire her out".  Penny is a high-energy Pitbull mix and she has lots of energy to spend. Without question, the Spotwalk team takes her for a walk and then tosses a ball for her in our backyard.  She comes in exhausted and happy after each visit.  Thank you Spotwalk!  I have peace of mind knowing my fur baby is in good hands while I am at work. We are new to Philadelphia- and needed a dog walking service. We luckily found Spotwalk right away. They have great technology that has made the whole process of getting set up, dropping off keys, leaving additional directions and stopping service for a day or two pretty seamless. I first heard about spotwalk from some brochures at the front desk of our previous apartment building. When my husband and I decided to adopt our sweet rescue dog, Joey, last year, we knew we couldn't just leave him home alone the whole day while we were both at work. Spotwalk was honestly the only pet walking/sitting service we knew about at the time, making it the obvious choice. We set Joey up right away for a mid-day walk 4x/week. Many rescue dogs, especially when adopted as adults, have anxiety-and Joey is no exception. We were warned about it but didn't hesitate to make him part of our family. He was getting along great with us and all of the spotwalkers - who we were so happy to get emails and photos from while we were at work . A couple of months after we adopted Joey, his anxiety behavior seemed to come out suddenly. He gave some of his spotwalk "girlfriends" a difficult time ...particularly with putting on his leash. The spotwalk team was so patient and understanding and made any adjustments possible to try and get Joey comfortable in a routine. They worked with us so much and his , now regular, Spotwalker even did a session with a dog trainer with him. I think many other dog walking services would have given up on a difficult dog but they went above and beyond to accommodate Joey and get him in a new routine. I would definitely recommend them for all the doggies and their owners in Philly! More...

If you are reading this review, then your dog is as important to you as ours!  That being said, we wouldn't want any other walkers than Spotwalk!  Safety, reliability and happiness are "must haves" for us!  With the daily email report with GPS and pictures, we know our dog was walked and can see his attitude (it is literally an often-needed mid-day "pick-me-up")!  We have had previous dog walkers not show up, and that is just not acceptable.  And, the recurring payment makes it a snap. I can't say enough good things about the whole team at Spotwalk.  The price/value ratio is great and the care they provide and dependability are "spot on".  They constantly monitor email and respond quickly to any last minute schedule changes - even during evenings and weekends.  Their sleep over service is also great for quick trips when you don't want to board your pet.  I particularly appreciate the quick follow up emails that arrive with 30 minutes of each walk, with a map of route walked, description of all that happened, and several pictures to make me smile in the middle of my day. I love the Spotwalk team.  I have a new Frenchie pup that needs some extra playtime during the day and the Spotwalk walkers are fantastic.  They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and the emails and pics they send after each session with the puppy are fantastic.  They go the extra mile to deal with some of the "issues" of a new puppy, like the puppy not always making outside in time to do their business, needing some extra food during the day, etc.  Can't say enough great things and couldn't be more comfortable leaving my puppy in their hands! Spotwalk is amazing!!! My Bear Bear loves Sara and Carly! It has been such a wonderful professional Company to work with. They are dependable and so kind . My welsh terrier is a handful and they take good care of him despite his behavioral issues and his constant illnesses. We really appreciate their love and support! Really have to say that the entire Spotwalk team is A+. We're relatively new puppy parents so we have extra anxieties but from the first initial setup when the crew came over to meet our little Bootsy to when we first set up the actual visit it's been easy, seamless, comforting and responsible. Especially with the overnight visits, those have been really great for us. And for last minute schedule changes they are really easy to work with. Spotwalk has helped us so much, we're two modern working people who love their dog but sometimes can't spend all our time with him (unfortunately) so it's really wonderful to know there's a service out there you can trust with those whom are closest to your hearts. I absolutely LOVE spotwalk. I am using them for the second time this week while I am away at the shore, and both times I have been incredibly impressed! My meet and greet was fantastic, and the emails I receive make my day! They send very detailed emails after every walk; the emails include notes on the walk, how they behaved, if they went #1 and #2, a map of where they walked including the distance and the time, as well as a handful of fantastic pictures taken along the way to show how happy your pup is! They respond to emails very quickly, and are always friendly and accommodating. Receiving their emails and knowing how reliable they are, makes me so much more comfortable to leave my best friend for a few days. I definitely recommend Spotwalk! More...

I love Spotwalk.... but my bulldog, Norm, loves them more!!! In fact, I think he prefers walks from the awesome Spotwalk walkers over me :'( haha! Spotwalk has been a real dog treat to work with! Their scheduling system is so easy and simple and they've been able to accommodate last minute requests a few times for me, which both Norm and I really appreciate! The walker's report after the walk is always fun and entertaining to read and the pictures they send are proof that Norm much prefers his Spotwalk walkers than me. Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy - everything you would want in your walker!  I have to echo everything the other reviews here say about Cecilia, Chelsea, and Sara - they are the best!  We have tried several walking services over the years and have finally found the one.  The signup, scheduling, and payment process is very easy and straightforward, and they are so flexible with all the changes we have to make because of our work schedules.  The best part is that every walk is followed by an email filled with colorful commentary, pictures of the walk, and a GPS map of the distance and time of the walk, so you can rest assured that your dog is having a great time!  Would recommend Spotwalk 100%! I can't say enough pawsitives about Spotwalk.  Cecilia, Sara & Chelsea have all been great.  Scheduling is easy, & they've been able to accomodate the rare instance when I realize that I really should work late but Greer needs to go out. I love the informative email I receive after each walk, with a story about the walk, photos, & a GPS map.  Over the top, but fun.Also, my dog is a very alpha Cairn Terrier mix, & she can be problematic to those unfamiliar with this dog personality.  Spotwalk has always kept her safe & happy.They also play with her before & after her walk, & this dog is a ball machine.  So I'm very pleased with that, too.I've had very unpleasant experiences with other dog walkers (that's you, PhilaPets), so I can't tell you what a pleasure it is to have found folks who like my dog, come when they say they will, & do what they said they would.  I highly recomment Spotwalk!!!!! I was visiting Philly for two weeks for business and had brought my loving dog with me rather than board her for so long. However, I couldn't get back to walk her during the day, and she really needs a midday walk . Since I didn't know anyone in town, I felt like I needed some extra trust and security. Spotwalk was exactly it. The mapped route made me feel like i knew EXACTLY what happened, and the pictures let me know Moe was happy and comfortable the whole time.
