We used Spot-On! Dj service for our September 23 wedding. Leni was absolutely amazing to work with. From our first phone call we knew we had made a great choice. Leni made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure he knew what styles of music we were looking for. He arrived on time and set up quickly. He was such a huge help working our timeline and making sure we were all where we needed to be at the right times.
He played exactly all the right music we were looking for to have a peacful dining service and then to keep people on the dance floor after.

We had many moving parts to the wedding as we used our garden and inside the house. Leni sent us a questionnaire of our music preferences and late we all spoke on the phone about the time line.When he arrived he was so adaptable to our different areas we wanted to use. I can not praise him enough for his professionalism. He is an expert at people reading and using music to pull people together to have fun and to laugh he is a true artist. DJ Leni is not only a brilliant DJ - but he's also an amazing artist of his craft. We were fortunate to have found Leni for our daughter's sweet 16 birthday party a month before the event. Our daughter gave Leni a playlist of over 8 hours of music - containing music from the 60s to present and crossing over multiple genres - ranging from hip hop, rock, pop, country and even Bollywood (our daughter wanted a Bollywood themed party). The party was fairly large (with over 100 attendees). It is a difficult task to keep so many people entertained for an any extended period of time. Somehow, Leni took our daughter's playlist and put together an amazing set that had the dance floor packed for over 4 hours - with everyone (from teens to grandparents) dancing the night away. In addition to his musical talent, Leni also provided lights for the venue and AV equipment so that we could have a slideshow for the event. These added touches created the right mood for the party. Overall, the night was a tremendous success - which could not have been possible without DJ Leni. Everyone in attendance was absolutely amazed by the music for the night. Through many planning phone calls and emails, he put my husband and I at ease, as we knew our party was in good hands (Leni served as our emcee as well). Leni was great to work with in planning the wedding. He was very responsive, and extremely helpful in walking through how the day would go with us. He acted as our MC and kept us on schedule. I was grateful that he was willing to adhere to my very specific playlist with a lot of specific requests. Everything turned out great for the reception and we had the most people dancing than at any wedding I've been to before.

I was a little disappointed that there was a really long awkward pause between the wedding party procession song and my bridal entrance song. It was something my guests noticed and made me unnecessarily anxious right before I was walking down the aisle. But everyone seemed to be able to hear our vows, which was something I was concerned about due to us being outdoors, so he did a good job on the lapel mics. However, the mics did kept breaking up during the reception speeches, although it did not too greatly interrupt the speeches. More...

Leni was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We did all of our planning over the phone and via email because we live out of town and he was always thorough and responsive.
When it came to the wedding, he was AMAZING! Our guests were on the dance floor all night and our family even pitched in for him to stay an extra hour because they didn't want him to leave!

My husband already left a review, but I was so impressed with Leni that I wanted to leave my own as well. We were initially nervous about hiring a DJ since we had been to weddings where the DJ had a jarringly different energy from the couple, but after one conversation with Leni we felt confident that he was the right person for us and he was! DJ Leni K was awesome! We had a very complicated wedding (at least according to several other vendors) including two ceremonies and two receptions in one day, and in different parts of the venue. We also had some very specific music requests for special moments. Leni had no problem making it all happen. He was a consummate professional who was completely un-phased by whatever we threw at him. His process for working with us made planning very easy yet personalized. We were really wary of DJs who make themselves the center of attention. Leni knew exactly how to stay low-key while still bringing the excitement needed for big announcements. I'll add that his music was excellent - he used the songs we requested while perfectly integrating some of his own selections to meet the mood. The dance floor was popping the whole time!!

If you want more of a center-of-attention party DJ, I'm sure he can execute that too. But if you're like us and just want the DJ to read the room, play great music, and keep people dancing, I cannot recommend Leni highly enough. More...

Honestly, my family can't thank Leni enough for the magical day that Leni helped create. We got married on July 30, 2021, in Pasadena, MD. Leni had gone over every detail with my husband and me and even was so kind to answer my lengthy emails.
Leni, saw my vision for the day and made it come alive. He honestly is the best of the best!!
When our day came, we were a bit overwhelmed but right when we saw Leni we felt comfortable that our timeline and events would happen not only ontime but would be magical. That moment was honestly everything we needed. When it comes down to it the whole day you want to enjoy each moment and not worry about anything. Leni helped us do just that enjoy each moment and direct us to the next event of the night with grace.
We had over 5 different dances, lots of traditions, and announcements which Leni gracefully and elegantly got us through making each one so special.
Our families did not plan on wanting any big attention so we coordinated just playing their songs with a small announcement, however, when the day came our grandparents married 60 years impromptu danced which became such a special memory. Each moment was better than the next. Leni hands down saved our day when no one but Leni was on the timeline! HONESTLY, we can't say enough for our gratitude to Leni!
