I grew up in a with a day that's a fisherman so I have always take great pride in cooking seafood , but with a extensive background working in some of the best 5 diamond 5 star hotel and luxury cruise ships I have never have a request I cant delivered.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
listening to what my clients are saying what they love and likes.

I enjoy seeing the look on my clients face whenever I do on event and it exceeds their expectations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
with over twenty years experience, I wanted to bring that le70vel of expertise to the local catering community
