Dude just straight up knows how to cook. We hired Nathaniel for an outdoor event of ~20 people, working with him was fantastic overall & communication was super efficient from start to finish. We had a pretty clear idea of menu going in (mixed chicken & seafood grill, grilled vegetables, healthy side options)— he made some creative suggestions that really brought it to life. Crowd favorites were grilled bacon-wrapped shrimp, also the freshly made mango salsa. He also pre-batched 2 nice cocktail mixes (lemon-elderflower & blood orange margarita), where we just needed to add gin or tequila. One less thing to think about when hosting a big group. As for pricing, found it very fair in comparison to other folks we've worked with, especially given the quality. More...
