Our AirB&B host recommended this as an option - and I’m so glad he did. We set this up for our first night in town, and it was a real treat to have everything handled so we could slip into relax mode quickly. Ashley and her team were fantastic, she worked with us on a menu to fit our group and needs. The food 🤩 12/10! It was prepared with care and each bite was so delicious. The only thing they didn’t bring was a 2nd stomach, but they did bring containers for leftovers - and it was the perfect midnight snack. I would recommend this for groups big or small. More...

I was at a private event last Saturday that was catered by Ashley and it was incredible! I knew that the hostess had contacted her rather last minute and with some dietary restrictions but that did not deter Ashley from presenting a mouth watering menu for our group. Her grace and poise while prepping under less than ideal conditions was calm under pressure. I'm sorry that I live across the country from Texas since I would utilize her myself if she was closer! I can't say enough good things about Ashley and Southern with a French Twist. I've used her weekly meal prep services when I needed some healthy meals ready to go for the week and they were all delicious, filling, healthy, and extremely high quality. I love the detail Ashley goes into to make sure she creates meals that not only meet your expectations, but fits what you're looking for perfectly. When I was looking for a private chef for an at-home celebration dinner, I didn't think twice about reaching out to Ashley because I just knew she'd bring that same level of attention and care to this dinner. We worked together to create a custom menu to celebrate my mother in law's birthday, putting some of my MIL's favorite dishes into play like scallops and key lime pie. Not only was the food incredible (everyone was RAVING about it all the next day, especially the key lime pie!), but Ashley was an absolute delight. Her presence is calm and thoughtful and she put so many beautiful touches on our dinner, from conversation cards to printed menus to flowers for the table. She left the place spotless and really elevated our evening into a lifetime memory. She's always the first person I'll turn to whenever I'm in need of a private chef! More...
