What’s your signature dish?
My signature dishes are my gumbo and my Macaroni and Cheese.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I love to speak with my potential clients to narrow down what they would like and what their ideas of the perfect menu is. Once we narrow it down and I get a clear idea of what the customer may like I proceed to create a sample menu. I then send that to customer to get confirmation and/or feedback on the menu. Only once I get the confirmation an agreement on a menu do I send off a customers invoice.
What do you love most about your job?
I love making someones event that much more special by providing them with delicious food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It gives me the opportunity to set my own schedule and the freedom to give clients a customized experience.
