We had pizza here once before sabbath and loved it. Very good. Â Another time the Songbird hosted a rehearsal dinner which was yummy and really fun hanging out with the owner and talking about this fascinating little town and his family history. Â His brother makes some great wines and we bought a bottle of the whiskey barrel wine which was great. Â Places like this are best if you take the time to chat up the help and spend some actual time there. More...

My wife and I just tried the newly reopened Songbird in beautiful Beulah, CO. Â They did it right. Â We were pleasantly surprised. Â The service was good but the food was excellent. Â We had the Eggs Benedict and Chili scramble. Â Both were wonderful. Â And my wife says that is how you test to see if it is a good eating place if their E.B. is good. Â It was! Â Also I go gluten free and they have many options. Â Even G.F. toast with my breakfast.Clay met us at the door who is the manager. Â Nice guy. Â Next time we want to try the pizza (they have a gluten free crust). Â We definitely will come back. More...

For live shows this historic venue is intimate, the acoustics are ideal, the service is stellar and the food a great value. Outstanding performance last night (10/11) by Nashville recording artist Sam Lewis. THE place to go for live music in Pueblo County and beyond. Way to go, Chris and your crew! More...
