They are the BEST!!! I made a last minute decision to have a videographer and booked with Something Clever based on the recommendation of my coordinator. I hardly even noticed them filming the entire day, they were so professional and respectful of all the happenings going on, but they captured everything!! They even managed to get extra details that my photographer missed. Your wedding day goes so fast it's almost a blur. Looking back, booking with them was easily the best decision, out of the millions, I made and left me with my absolute favorite memory. We were introduced to Jacob and Brandi through our photographer and could not be more happy! Our wedding was a bit non traditional in that it was two ceremonies and a reception that spanned the whole day. They did an AMAZING job with the video! From drone footage to unique angles and incorporating the music we chose..it is all flows seamlessly. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My husband and I knew that the photo and video were THE most important part of our wedding planning as these memories will last a life time. Jacob and Brandi were nothing short of amazing. They made our wedding video dreams come true. They truly are one of a kind. Throughout our wedding day, we hardly even noticed them filming, they never got in our way and all of our guests were surprised with our videos as they never even saw either of them. They are so pleasant, easy going, so kind and chill. Talking to the two of them about what we wanted, how our wedding was going to be, etc. was just like talking to old friends. We truly cannot thank them enough for capturing our day. I cannot wait to sit and watch our video on our anniversary every year for many years to come. He was so easy to work with - answering all questions promptly and thoroughly, was helpful in describing what we should expect on wedding day, and was very accommodating to all requests we had. I've had the pleasure of working with Jacob at several weddings I've done with Sanregret Weddings and Events. So when it came time for my OWN wedding, hiring him was the easiest decision I had to make! I watch our wedding video at least a few times a week. He captured so many amazing moments - moments that as a bride and groom with all of the stress of that day you tend to miss. The beautiful, the funny, and even slightly chaotic! Justin and I chose Something Clever through a recommendation from our wedding planner and they did NOT disappoint! Jacob and his team were incredibly responsive, professional and made us feel at ease throughout the entire wedding process.
Because I procrastinated, I wasn’t able to book Jacob for our wedding night, so he sent the oh so amazing Joe Williams to capture our perfect day, and boy did he! After the night was over I felt confident that Joe got everything he was supposed to and more! He left us eager to see the final product.
Not long after the wedding dust settled, and after I got the awesome sneak peak, I began to work more with Jacob who was SO amazing, patient and incredibly easy to work with throughout the editing process. I mean, down to “I don’t like the way I look in this shot at minute 3.47-” he would take care of it. Jacob’s passion, professionalism, talent, commitment and heart-felt approach to not just producing a great wedding video, but to producing a video that demonstrates our love story & wedding day so perfectly is magical.

I'm so happy we hired Jacob as our videographer at the last minute. I can't even imagine not having video now. Thank god my mom talked me into it! Jacob did an amazing job. He was responsive, flexible and easy going. I didn't want a big production and told Jacob that I liked a fly-on-the-wall approach and that's exactly how Jacob filmed us. I was hardly aware of him throughout the day. He was not in our faces by any means and yet he captured everything. I was really impressed with his editing as well. You can tell he's a professional. To anyone debating Something Clever Productions or even videography at all I have to say this was the best wedding decision we ever made! Jacob was very professional and tailored a package to meet our specific needs and then he exceeded our expectations. It was difficult to convince my then finance to also include videography when wedding costs began adding up but I have to say there is something about it that makes us so dang happy when we look back on such precious moments. Getting the sights and sounds of our amazing day is something truly priceless. The way Jacob added our favorite songs and edited our video is really a piece of art, it just flows so well and captures so many beautiful moments. Nearly a year and a half later we are so thrilled with our videos and love it more and more as the time goes by.
