What’s your signature dish?
Coliseum Cajun Pasta is a combination of Shrimp, Grilled Chicken, and Chicken Sausage. It is served over Penne Pasta with Fresh Alfredo Sauce, Sun Dried Roasted Tomatoes and Sautéed Mushrooms, Garlic, and Spinach.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in the industry for 25 years and coming from a family of restaurateurs made opening Sol our destiny. We have taken our extensive dining experience and added classic LA cuisine to deliver our signature Cali Comfort Food.
