What’s your signature dish?
Tender, juicy Smokin' Good Ribs with house-made BBQ sauce made to you tasting, mild, medium or hot along with a variety of sides, Elote Corn, Bistro Beans, Tangy slaws or Potato Salad.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I spend ample time working with the client on a one on one basis to learn what you desire and how we can accommodate your needs to have a delicious fabulous event.
What do you love most about your job?
Pleasing our customers, that's what we live for. To make our customers happy
What inspired you to start your own business?
This was my dream, then my son Sean joined in on this family dream. We have worked for over 30 years to open this business in Las Vegas Nevada.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are fully vaccinated and wear all required PPP in the kitchen including, face masks and safely gloves. We also keep our working kitchen in immaculate order. We pass all our health inspections with flying colors. We care about our health and safety for our customers.

We make all our foods upon demand for your event. All items are fresh and created to your desire. We use low sodium and never use nitrates in any of our meats, cheeses or condiments

Mobile Bistro on Wheels
We can bring our Smokin' Good Mobile Bistro to your event or party and you can see the Chef working and preparing your meals. Food comes out fresh right off the grill to your plate. All food are prepared on-site and we use no msg, preservatives and many of our dishes are gluten-free if you have guests with food allergies.
