Smart Lily Builder

I have a property at Gascoigne DR, Cupertino CA 95014 and it is tiny old house and I want to build a modern home. After gone through many round internet searches, phone calls plus referrals from architect, subcontractor, I have decided to use Smart Lily Builder to build my next house. The biggest problem is most builders or general contractors way over charged home owner. The biggest investment is the land or so call location location location. If the lot is nice and sitting in a quite neighborhood, the second important step is hire the right architect. Smart Lily Builder owner Ken introduced Frank as my architect, from his previous work, you can tell it is much better than the bigger builders in Cupertino. Ken's price is very reasonable but the house built by Ken before was fabulous. The foundation, framing and roof are all done by the same subcontractor but other big builders charge outrageous prices for the same work. After I saw the finishing of the houses Ken had built, I have no doubt my house will be the dream house too. Can't wait to see my house to be finished soon. In term of my schedule so far, Ken worked 7 days a week and I really can't complaint but hats off to Ken. More...
