I can't say enough about Aki!!!We were looking for dog boarding that wasn't a kennel, since our dog still had some residual fear of crates as she came from an animal shelter. We came across Sky's the limit on yelp, set up a consultation and decided to give it a try. The dog boarding is done out of her house which makes the setting so much more comfortable for our dog. She has so much more space to sleep, a backyard to run around in, and other dogs to play with. We've done some day care as well as an almost week long overnight stay for our dog, and we're so happy with how things have gone. My dog actually gets excited when I pull up at the house. Excellent pet boarding! Went on a trip for a week but didn't want to leave Molly, my 5 months old husky, to the kennel. We went to Aki's home for a consultation before the trip. The boarding is more like home setting which what we are looking for. During our trip, Aki kept us informed about Molly everyday and sent us pictures as well. We are so happy to see her playing happily with others dogs.  Aki is very pleasant and caring. Molly was sick a week before the boarding, she had pee more often since the vet prescribed her to have wet food. Aki is very patience and took good care of Molly. Thanks Aki! Aki and Melissa were amazing and were very communicative while watching our kitten.  They kept us informed the entire time and sent pictures so we could see how he was doing. They were accommodating and were flexible with our last minute request before the thanksgiving holiday. They made everything feel comfortable and gave us a schedule of their visits ahead of time. My family and I are so happy we found a safe and happy environment for our dog Roscoe! This a late post but I didn't want to forget to leave a great review for  Aki. .I found Sky's the Limit on Yelp was impressed with all the nice reviews so I visited before leaving my dog Roscoe in June. Went on a cruise to Europe for a week & didn't really like leaving my dog in kennels. so I had consultation w/ Aki. She & her assistant Kathrine met my dogs & told them what I needed done . They took to my dogs really well including my pitbull which everyone is afraid of. So I had them come daily in the afternoon for 1 hour & every other day for 45 minutes in morning . They would text updates & pics for every visit. Aki is very sweet & super responsible . I could tell my dogs were happy from the pics & especially when I got home they were all very happy & well fed. Any concerns I had she would text back right away . Like I didn't receive an update & texted her about it . She said she texted me on that particular visit . Turns out my cruise ship had terrible wi fi & I never received the texts , so she re- texted me right away the update w/ pics to alleviate my concerns . & I also would text her about other things , she would always get back to me in a timely manner , so I felt at ease . She also took care of my feral cats included w/ price of my 3 dogs . The cats took to her better than me . I moved back to so cal 4 months ago and needed someone to take care of my fur baby while I am away at work. From the first time I met Aki I could sense her calm energy and expertise. An added bonus was that my sassy boston terrier loved her too! She and her team have provided potty breaks 5 days a week, pics, a report card, never skipping a beat. I've also left my pup with Aki for several weekends while I have been out of town and she has taken great care of her. Aki was the best! We were out of town for a week and were nervous to leave them for that long without knowing who was watching them. It didn't take long for our worries to fade. At the initial consultation, Aki was so inviting and bonded with our 3 huskys right away. She was also very patient with our cats who can be nervous around new people. While we were gone, we got daily updates with pictures which was really comforting. Our dogs really enjoyed having her there to visit and play with them for a while. Aki is simply amazing! As a person she's extremely sweet and attentive, and that also applies to the way she interacts with our Yorkie Cheeto.  Our little monster simply loves her, she gets extremely excited when she comes to our house to walk her.  I feel at ease knowing she's out on her walk with Aki :) Aki is very responsive, professional and punctual.  She also writes the sweetest report card after Cheeto's walk, I can tell she cares and is honest when she writes them because she points out true characteristics of Cheeto.  My husband and I are so happy to have found her and will definitely continue to work with her when it comes to our little one needs :) More...

Aki and Lisa from Sky's the Limit Pet Services made our recent trip so much more enjoyable by ensuring that our furbaby was well cared for. They run a smart service and do so with love and personality! We enjoyed receiving daily updates on our kitty, and cute photos (great for instagramming!) This was not a typical assignment either as the Kitty they were watching is a rescue and very fearful of humans. That didn't stop them from doing their best to encourage him to socialize and interact. That extra effort was greatly appreciated and not at all expected! Had to go out of town for a couple of days, and we weren't able to get our normal petsitter, who is a family friend, to come in, so I found Sky's the Limit.  Aki and Lisa were both great.  They came out ahead of time, asked great questions about what we needed done for the pets, and met the pets.  Always a great sign when the pets and sitters get along.  Great up front communication, and they verified the schedule with me before I left, so I felt confident that things were going to go smoothly when I left.  While gone, they provided me text updates and pictures when they arrived, during their stay and when they left, so I always knew everyone was getting along and things were going smoothly.  Got home to report cards from every visit and very happy pats.  I would gladly recommend their services to anyone looking for someone to come and watch pets while they are away. We have a 6 month old and a 18 month Goldendoodle who have been loving their walks with Aki! She is always on time and extremely reliable. Our pooches enjoy being able to get out of the house with her on the days my wife and I have to work late. Also, Aki took special consideration when our youngest was neutered and supervised him while he stretched his legs in the backyard. Even further, when we had our nasty heat wave, Aki played with them in our backyard so their paws wouldn't get burnt on the sidewalk. I went to Europe in June 2017 for 18 days and needed a pet sitter to care for my 2 elderly fur-kids daily during my vacation. Finding the right person was a bit challenging, but after receiving a referral, I hired Aki and her team from Sky's the Limit Pet Service LLC in Azusa. There were several characteristics and skills that were particularly important to me. The following are traits a good pet sitter should have and I was able to find with Aki: Aki is flexible and calm.When caring for my cats, things don't always go according to plan - one of my cats has health issues and got sick a few times and on top of that I had an ant problem while I was away. Aki remained patient when the unexpected happened, she remained in my home a bit longer than scheduled to clean things up and all the while remained calm so neither of my pets felt nor reacted to the anxiety. Aki is sensitive.Aki recognized the needs of my elderly pets and responded admirably to them. She was the type of person who realized that when my cats didn't want to play anymore to gave them their space. She handled my pets affectionately - I got pictures text to me daily while in Europe so I knew they were happy. Aki is trustworthy.Since I would be handing my spare house keys to a pet sitter, it was very important that I trust this person. I got an idea of whether Aki could be trustworthy during our initial meeting and also upon checking her Instagram account and seeing photos posted of her previous employers. I trust my gut instincts and any bad feeling after meeting someone always means they're not worthy. Aki is experienced.Due to my cat's health issues, it's rather challenging to care for her - she's not keen on taking medication. Aki has a lot of experience with this respect. The medication required a set dosage and schedule and Aki was able to follow it exactly, in fact upon my return home, I found Aki's documented schedule on my kitchen counter to show when the medication was administered by her or by Destiny (part of her team). Aki is reliable.The Sky's the Limit LLC of Azusa made my vacation that much better and made life easier - I never experienced any headaches wondering if they'll be late or show up at all. It was important to me to rely on my pets' caregiver and I was able to carry out my vacation plans confidently. We set clear agreements between us about rules and scheduling. If the Sky's the Limit was running late (as happens to everyone occasionally), Aki immediately let me know via text. The Sky's the Limit LLC of Azusa has a genuine love for animals.These people love animals and are eager to share stories of their own pets - just check out their Instagram. There were also a few days where they introduced laser pointers and we all discovered that my cats are still spry despite them being elderly. I was truly able to gauge their love for animals and their level of excitement. The Sky's the Limit LLC of Azusa established a genuine connection with my pets.When I contacted the company, Aki quickly scheduled a meet-and-greet with me and my pets. My pets are shy and take a little time to warm up to new people immediately (I'm guessing most cats are this way), but I watched for signs if my cats became uncomfortable - they did not. Observing Aki and Destiny near my animals was a great way to tell that they really had the experience and comfort with animals that they claimed to have. During the meet-and-greet, Aki took copious notes, asked a lot of questions about my pets' eating habits, their characteristics, and dispositions. These were all good signs that they were really interested and dedicated to getting to know my animals and their personal needs. I will be happy to call on The Sky's the Limit LLC of Azusa again. I boarded my two cats here over the summer for about 5weeks. Cat Boarding is $30 a cat and an additional $10 for an extra cat. If you stay more than 2 weeks with Aki she will give you a 10% off discount! For me it was $36 a day for two cats! (She has a website that includes everything). Aki provided a private room in her home with cat towers and multiple toys. She also provides a litter box with her own litter. I have to bring everything else like food, treats, other toys, blankets, cat bed, food bowls, etc. Whatever you want to provide your cat with you can bring it. Aki is really sweet and understanding. I told her I was going out of the country so I couldn't text her so she used either Line, Instagram, or Facebook to message me pictures of my cats everyday! She even used her own stash of catnip for my cats! Overall I had a really good experience with Aki. Her prices are really good too (since my cats stayed there for 5weeks it was kinda pricey overall, but counting daily it's a good deal) . It's way better than putting my cats at a cat hotel in Petsmart or somewhere else because they would be locked in a small cage. And they would play with my cats twice a day for 15 minutes each (I asked). They won't send pictures either. Good thing my cats were boarded at Aki's home because she can easily give more attention to them. Lisa and Aki cared for our 2.5 months for 3 days. We appreciate that they constantly kept us updated via photos and videos. Our cat even got report cards very visit. As, how cute is that? I have a 6-year-old Jack Russell who is not so friendly with strangers and other dogs.  I am so lucky to find Aki who is willing to take care of him while I am out of town.  During the last stay, Aki sent me texts with pictures and videos to show how my baby was doing.  I am so glad that I can finally be out of town without worrying about my dog so much since I know he will be in good hands and happy with Aki.  Service is awesome and I bet my dog is looking forward to spending time with Aki and her friendly pets soon. Aki is the best! She took care of my 11 month old mutt for a few days and I could tell from the photos and how tuckered out he was when we got home that he had a blast. I appreciated the text updates and photos. My dog is a rescue and I wasn't sure how he would do at a kennel so an in home pet service was so great for him and Aki's rates were competitive so I'm so glad Yelp led me to her! This was the first time we had to use a pet sitter for our cat and we were very nervous.We could not have been more pleased! After reading all the glowing reviews of Aki and checking out her website, I reached out to Aki by phone and received a response right away. We exchanged a few emails and set a time for her and Destinee to come out and meet my cats. My older cat, Bruce, does not really like new people but both Destinee and Aki came in and he took to them right away! To be honest, I was sold the moment I saw them both petting him and how calm he was around them. Aki then emailed me about the schedule for when they'd be coming while I was gone and was extremely patient with my last minute emails and coming by to pick up my keys because I didn't have a set made for her when they first came. When it came time for them to actually cat sit, they were extremely punctual and sent me pictures of my babies having lots of fun with them. Aki and Destinee are the best. They walk my dogs a few times a week and they can handle anything, small, medium or large dogs. I have a 6 year old St. Bernard who has arthritis and they are so attentive to him on his walks. Also I have a 9 yr old shar pei and a 8 month old pug and they are always so happy to go for their walks. They always send me pictures during their walks and letting me know any concerns they have. Aki is a gem!1!1  I have never used a pet sitter and after searching in my area (and quite honestly price comparison, you can spend a fortune on pet sitters) gave her a call.  She VERY promptly responded to e-mail and when she came to meet me and my two old lady cats I knew I was completely comfortable with her in my home.  One of her services is that she will send you pictures and videos of your pets, now I GOTTA be honest, I am an old lady at 55 and I thought - this is probably something that the younger generation is into - but then she said look some people want to see their pets daily, PLUS you will know I was here each day - now even as an old lady THAT made sense :)  So each day she sent me pictures of my two idiots, a report on how they were doing and eating, a complete professional.Without question I support her business, and when I go out of town again she will be taking care of my cats More...

Absolutely amazing! I don't usually write reviews, but Aki, the owner of the business truly went above and beyond. First of all, she went out of her way to accommodate me despite her extremely busy schedule. I had a last minute trip come up and needed someone to look after my 4 month old pup THAT SAME NIGHT, for 2 nights. She took photos of my pup upon arrival, along with a written report of how he was doing and texted it to me while I was away. She took the time to not only scoop up the poop, but thoroughly rinsed the kennel as well. I was very impressed with her genuine care for my dog and attention to detail. The icing on the cake was her highly competitive service rates. This review is way over due. I went to travel out of country for a week and Aki took care of my cats and their litter box while I was gone. She came over before my travel to do orientation of my house and litter box. While I was gone, She brought her toys for them, played with them and took videos of them and sent it to me. Aki and Destinne took care of my 2 Labs twice a week for 5 weeks. I was able to know how the dog where each day through pictures and videos texted me each visit  I highly recommend them and I will continue to use there services in the future. When I returned after 5 weeks my dogs where healthy and happy and my house was as I left it. I highly recommend Sky's the Limit Pet Service!  I recently used their services to pet sit for my 7 year old persian boy since I was away on a work trip.  I used them for three 1/2 hour pet sitting services and was very happy with the service I received.  They were very accommodating with the schedule I picked and communicated any time changes to the schedule right away.  I also appreciated the texts and pictures I received of my little boy when I was away and the best part was the Pet Report Card they filled out for him for each visit.  Aki and Destinee were also friendly, reliable and went above and beyond with vacuuming and cleaning his litter box and keeping his eating area neat and tidy.  I will definitely use them again when I'm away for a long period of time. I have used a few pet sitters prior to finding Aki and she is the best by far! She sent me and text and multiple pictures with every visit to let me know when she was coming and going. I have two small dogs that are older and take multiple medications and have a particular routine. Aki is the best!  My husband and I had to go away for a week and dreaded the idea of boarding our two cats at a pet hotel.  I have nothing against pet hotels; however, I dislike the idea of confining our two cats in a small space.  Also, we know our cats like to stay home home and they are terrified of car rides.  Therefore, we decided to hire someone to come to our home instead.  I can't lie, we were hesitant about having a stranger in our home and skeptical about the service that the hired help could provide.  I'm happy to report that we got so so so lucky with Aki!  We randomly looked up some pet sitting business reviews on Yelp and found Aki's website.  We met Aki shortly after and felt at ease.  Aki is detail oriented and responsible.  Most importantly, she has a lot of love and patience for animals.  During the week that we were away, Aki took good care of our cats and sent us pictures and updates immediately after each visit.  Our cats like Aki and we are so happy that we now have a go-to person when we need a pet sitter.
