Went to Sky Pole Fitness for a bachelorette party today. It was my first time there, but definitely won’t be my last. I am quite a bit out of shape, but Sky and Calypso made the class so fun and modified some of the moves for me. I felt sexier than I have in a long time and had an amazing workout. Absolutely amazing experience. I went to a first time poler class and I loved it. As soon as I can, I am going to start their skypole academy. Sky, who is the owner taught the class and made me feel completely comfortable. She talks you up and cheers you on, even when you're pretty sure you screwed up the move. Where do I start? Sky was an amazing teacher!! She let us know right off top that, we are not there to compare ourselves with anyone else! It was my first time doing that and I was completely comfortable after she said that. I love how she went around to each lady and watched them do their move and gave instructions for us to get it right if we messed up a bit. I love that she gave compliments, which gave me confidence!! I was able to ask a few questions as well. If you want to learn to build some confidence in trying to be sexy,, please try this class!!! You will be so glad you did!!! Honestly this was the first time I ever did a work out like this, but it was extremely fun and the instructor Kristin was super nice, and made me feel very comfortable! Sky was there as well and she is very nice! The entire experience was great, and helped me to tap into a new side of myself! I felt very connected to myself and felt confident afterwards! Skypole pole fitness has been a great place for me to go after work and relieve stress. They have morning and afternoon classes. The instructors are very knowledgeable, and work with you on modifications when moves get challenging. The atmosphere is great, you get support not just from your instructors but peers as well; everyone is always encouraging one another and complementing each other. I had my first 2 classes this week the ladies welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable because I was really nervous. In 2 days I feel more confident and excited to go to more classes which is amazing because normally when I work out I quit and don’t want to work out but this class has gave me that motivation and confidence if your looking to get confidence and a fun workout and learn some moves on pole then this is the class for you .

SkyPole Fitness has the best classes and instructors! Their studio is really big but the class sizes are small so it's not at all intimidating. The instructors are really patient and understanding. Even the students are super nice. It is a very intense workout, but soooo much fun! They have so many different class types. Of course there are pole classes but they also have chair dance, twerk, and flexibility class. Can't wait to go back! More...
