The whole process from start to finish was so easy. The team showed up on time and was very cheerful. They were also respectful of the artificial turf they had to work around to dig the hole for the post. They cleaned up the mess with a shop vacuum. We love our new shade the patio cover provides. We are enjoying our new patio cover. It looks very nice and we are looking forward to spending many days outside this summer. The installers were pleasant, answered any questions that we may have had, wore masks and made sure the area was cleaned when the project was completed. When an opening came available they reached out to inquire about starting the project earlier then originally planned. I am very pleased and would certainly recommend this company to others. We may have been a sunroom project on the smaller side... but we were never treated that way! We wanted a room for our kids to play and do art in. Roughly 9x12. We initially wanted an addition but were priced out. The sunroom and patio was 1/3 of the price (and would be less if you consider all the diy we were going to do with the addition to save money). We chose skyline to take on our sunroom project based on reviews. We liked that they used different parts for the roof vs the walls based on products they trusted. With our lead installer, you could tell he paid attention to details. Getting the room permitted in Poway was a breeze (and not expensive)... the inspector knew skyline, it was a "slam dunk" as she called. We also really appreciated the final inspection and help with our warranties, they care about customer satisfaction!Their pricing was highly competitive... not the absolute cheapest sunroom but the small margin was well worth the quality of service and more insulated product. Not all sunrooms are the same quality.This small room is where our kiddos now spend more than half of their day. We had it put in just over 18 months ago. Our home feels (and is) so much bigger. Adding the outdoor patio space has been so valuable in the Poway sun. The room gets a little hot 2 months out of the year. No biggie. The fan makes a big difference. And, it looks so good. Skyline Sunrooms recently installed two patio covers for us. From start to completion the owner and designer Chris was creative and flexible in planning how their products could be adapted to the framework I had designed and built several years ago. This allows me to continue to enjoy some "personal history" with the projects. The Four Seasons Building Products materials they installed are very functional and attractive. We were very impressed by the 2 man crew that performed the installation. Sam and Kyle demonstrated an impressive attention to detail and knowledge of the product. They maintained effective communication with us throughout the installation and kept the work areas and materials well organized and clean. Following completion of the job they even made a special trip to our residence to deliver a complementary piece of flashing that I was able to use to improve how one of the new covers transitions to an existing structure.
